Transitioning as a college student, whether away at a dorm, or as a commuter, can be difficult. You are invited to join this group to have a safe space to explore feelings, learn skills to help cope with the transition and receive support from other students facing the same challenges.
This 8-week group will cover topics that will help to ease your mind as you navigate this time of your life, such as:
· Stress management and coping with other mental health challenges
· Organizing your college life and establishing new routines
· Self-care strategies
· Living away from home for the first time
· Creating new, healthy relationships
· Managing social anxiety
This group will incorporate tools derived from CBT and Mindfulness based models to enhance your experience.

Mondays @ 3 PM
STARTING JULY 10th
$40 per group.
Amount to be paid in full prior to the first group session. Commitment to all 8 sessions is required to be a part of the group. This can also vary if groups are covered by your insurance.
